I think my professor is plagiarizing my work.

More details to this question:
I am a theatre undergrad with an emphasis as a playwright. A year ago I presented an original work to the community and turned it in to my playwriting teacher for my final. Now a year later she has presented her own play for production. There are several scenes in her show that are almost identical to the format, feel, subject matter, and execution that were present in my work. I feel that she has plagiarized my ideas and is passing them off as her own. Until a day ago I had never read or seen anything from her show.

Plagiarism, in and of itself, is not a crime. At most, it is an academic matter and should be taken up with the school.
You may have a separate claim for copyright infringement. You should take your original work to a copyright (or intellectual property) local to you along with a detailed explanation of the material taken and determine if you have a claim for copyright infringement and, if so, what your options are.
