Hello, I have just submitted a provisional patent application. In order to embed the fonts, I used a PDF converter. I did not notice that the converter added the following text on the bottom of each page of my application: "Print to PDF without this message by purchasing novaPDF (http://www.novapdf.com/)" Do you think it would have an impact on my application?

No it won't since a provisional application is never examined and when you convert it to a non-provisional application (which you must do within one year) you can delete those notations without effect.
