More details to this question:
I had a rebuilt motor installed in my car from a business. The motor came with 3year 12,000 mile warranty. And 1year on labor. While I drove home to Ga from Az in this car in march.I broke down and had to have the car towed.back to Az to the shop which did the motor. They didn''t give me another rebuilt motor they said the motor got to hot and they couldn''t exchange for the same so they would give me a low mileage motor and I had to buy the parts that the new motor didn''t come with.So I went ahead and went with that.It took them 3 weed after me going up the several times to complete this work and $1300 more dollars.I paid $3,000 to get the first motor. This motor came with 90 day warranty and 1 year labor.I had it a week took it back cause its leaking oil. They put oil in the car and spray painted it saying if it leaks again bring it back we can tell we''re the leak is.So tired of dealing with this what can I do I''m out of a lot of money it costed me $1200 to tow this car back to this shop.

It sounds as if you have a valid breach-of-warranty claim. You can consider pursuing this claim in small claims court.
