What type of compensation can I receive once I reveal 4 individuals are working under a business name I created as well as the business idea?

Literally my work I have created and concepts I created for the past six years just got robbed from me by individuals I allowed to be part of my business concepts. They registered a DBA under my company name I have publicly known to be mine and attached to me on the internet in various sites. I will sue for the rights back however is there monetary settlements for stealing my idea and name?
