Does haviing multiple diseases or problems help your case for long term disability.

More details to this question:
I have chronic Lymphocytic leukemia diagnosed july 2019 I also have a lung disorder waiting on exact diagnosis. Short story I am having a super hard time working due to shortness of breath and fatigue from Chemotherapy and leukemia. Wondering if I have a case. My Oncologist told me from beginning that I may not be able to keep working. I was working at a diminished capacity, need help with lifting and physical activity. I am currently shelter-at-home-order-issued-for-dallas-county, and collecting unemployment.

Whether you qualify from long term disability (LTD) depends on the LTD insurance you have through your employer. You should call HR and your insurance company to ask about applying for LTD. You may also be eligible for Social Security Disability. You will find out more information about SSD at ssa.gov.
