Hello Ernest, Sorry to hear about your fall and I hope that you make a full recovery. Reach out for consultation with a Personal Injury attorney who can explain how the system works which can be quite burdensome on the plaintiff, and what is required to bring this type of claim. You should make this call asap so you can learn what needs to be immediately preserved such as video evidence, photos, etc. and the attorney can investigate as appropriate if interested.

Sorry to hear about your slip and fall. You should retain counsel to investigate the facts of this case to see if there is a viable claim. One thing you need to do is to take pictures of the accident site so that you can prove what caused the fall in order to establish the negligence of the store. We are not allowed to solicit your case but you can research our backgrounds and reach out to one of us for possible contingency fee representation which means you pay nothing unless you win the case.
