More details to this question:
I worked my shift and new boss thought I should be done when that was the farthest from the truth so she changed my clock in and clock out time from original punch time. Also they refused me my mentors pay for the job of mentoring a new driver as I have been asked to do in the past!

You need a lawyer who specializes in employment rights.
Employers are not kings and they must follow the law just like veryone else.
