Hi how are you, I question is I work for pizza place for 5 years, some how I got letter from Cort that some people from my work got settlement from the company, I call the settlement place the guy said is about 1000 people becouse my boss have like 30 stores, anyway the letter say that if I sign I will be grant around 900 dollares from the settlement ok, I ask my manager about sign, and she said that I can be fire because that, even that was no me that start complain against the pizza place, let me know please I m kind scare for my job, and if I not sign in the future I can file complain my self for the same issu. You cannot be fired for making a claim against the settlement fund. If you have any problems, call the attorney who was appointed Class Counsel. His contact information will be on the Class Notice (the letter) that was mailed to you.
