In general, an employer does not have to give a reason for its decision to terminate an employee.  Many do not.  However, an employee may not be terminated for advocating the organization of a union.  If you believe that such was the motivation for your termination, contact the nearest office of the National Labor Relations Board (www.nlrb.gov) to file a complaint.
