More details to this question:
I was hired as a salaried manager at $500 per week for 45 hours per week. 1. I was on call 24/7 for employees to call or text if they had questions or issues. 2. I was never afforded any breaks during my 45 hours. 3. I resigned after exactly 1 month. My final paycheck should have been the same as my first paycheck, 1000 minus taxes. The owner only paid me 800 minus taxes, stating that he decided to only pay me as an hourly employee at $10 per hour. Even if he were allowed to do that, I would have been owed for 90 hours, not 80.

It appears that you were exempt from being paid overtime as being a salaried employee. Did you supervise anyone?
I believe that you should have been paid more.
