QUESTION

Answering the background check wrong can have you terminated.

More details to this question:
I have been working at my job for 15 years as a part timer and applied for full time. I got the full time position but when the background check came back I got sent back to part time for not disclosing information. A city ordinance came up on my background I have had 3 othe jobs that have ran background checks and it never came up.

i would have the chages expunged so that you never have this problem in the future. we are seeing your issue all the time. the computer records are getting better and 'past charges' are appearing on records. the cost for an expungement is $1250. ed dimon, esq.
