Are there grounds for sueing please read below.

More details to this question:
My husband taped a guy on back of leg with a handle picking at him at work. My husband has two witness saying they all were picking. The guy filed a claim with management saying my husband sexually harssed him. Are there grounds he could sue us? The company they work for already told the guy there was no grounds for his claim, but now he says he is getting a lawyer to sue the company for not firing my husband.

He could possibly sue for battery or some form of emotional distress.  However, that is highly unlikely.
