Being bullied at work

More details to this question:
My husband is a combat veteran with ptsd. He is on the job almost 18 years and is having trouble with an employee. He is making my husband feel threatened and is getting very sick. He has gone to the supervisor who keeps on saying he will talk with the person and nothing is being done. My husband is afraid he is going to lose his job. He just had the doctor fill out a FLMA paperwork so he can take some time off from work. The V.A. said that he should look into contacting an attorney because nothing is being done. Can you help him I am so worried for his safety and his life. He is in classes at the V.A. for PTSD and we have documention of all of it. He has 25 years as a military man and doesn't deserve to be treated like this. I need someone to help my husband before it gets too bad.
