being treated unfairly at work by my manager

Asked on Mar 16th, 2014 on Labor and Employment - North Carolina
More details to this question:
I am being treated like CRAP by my manager. At my job there are 3 full time employees and 2 part time employees. Me and another girl are the full time ones. I had to go to my manager about the other full time employee because she wasnt doing anything at work. I was picking up her slack. SO i talked to my manger and found out that her and the other employee have been best friends for four years. So whatever i complain about she doesnt do or say anything to this other employee. So i had to go to the owner. I told the owner what was going on and the owner knew the girl wasnt doing her job because she was previously fired for the sam e reason. to make a long story short. My manager found out that i had went to the owner with this list and she went crazy!!! She verbly abused me. Told me I was a liar. Now when I go to work she ignores me. She yells at me infront of customers. One of the part time employees told me she said she is trying to get me to quit.

This certainly seems unfair and a bad situation to be in. However, these facts do not indicate any unlawful treatment.  However, if there are other circumstances that you did not address here, or you want more specific advise, I recommend that you consult with an experienced employment attorney.
