Can I be fired for refusing a polygraph?

More details to this question:
Property of a customers was reported missing at the same time that two employees were in the customers house. Employer wants to polygraph the employees that were present at the house, but can they fire them for refusing the polygraph?

Sure. Ohio is an at will employment state so you can be terminated for any reason or no reason as long as it is not an unlawful reason.   Ohio Employment Attorney: www.mcoffmanlegal.com
