Can I be fired for retaliation,discrimination and harassment?

More details to this question:
Retaliation- Corp. was mad at me. Discrimination- Corp. belitted me because of my age. Harassment- Corp. accused me of lying and were twisting my words. A lot of people at work knew of my situation was treated like a criminal.

You may have a case for age discrimination, but you would have to provide a lot more information so that your claim can be fully assessed. The Age Discrimination in Employment Act protects you from being treated differently because of your age. You would need to file a charge of discrimination to bring your claims before Texas Workforce Commission and the EEOC.
