My employer flip flops on departmental policies constantly whenever those policies benefit me. For instance the project manager stated over time would be given based on seniority; but when The lead turned it down I was skipped & it was offered to the leads favorite. When I complained the project manager went to great lengths to justify the lead; when he couldn't he then changed policy & said OT would be fairly distributed. In the position I currently have I'm the highest paid & I know the project manager is trying to cut costs due to the decline in sales. I get "coached" for anything (i.e. Punching in 1 minute late from lunch & for proactively working on a project without designation of said project from lead.) Now I'm being moved to 3rd shift...is this legal?
