Since you are a US Citizen "natural born citizen" you situation is not governed by immigration law. As a US citizen, you are free to live any where you wish in the USA. That is your right. As a US citizen, you are free to move to any other country that will permit you to do so, with only a few exceptions (N.Korea may be one) But you go at your own expense. The US Government does not relocate its citizens any where - if you want to go, you must make the arrangements and pay the cost. I suggest you go see your county welfare office (In GA, DFCS) and see if they can assist you in applying for food stamps, etc.
