Can my friend sue the Universtiy because they caused them a lot of trouble with a mistake? My friend is an international student, who had to take 3 onsite and online class in each semester, and the school they were attending didnt offer the needed classes, and the advised them to take two online classes, in which they did, and when the international advisor found out, they blamed my friend and their status was terminated and now they are waiting 9 months to know whether they will be reinstated or not. My friend has a paper that proves that the school is at fault, so can they use it to sue ?
