More details to this question:
I was a part time worker for 3 months when asked to interview for a full time position, During the interview I was asked are you religious? I answered I don't believe in god per say but I believe in a higher power. I just don't believe in organised religion, I was never informed on way or the other about the new position and my hours kept being cut over course of 3 months till I was taken off the schedule completely.

From your description of events, it is pretty clear that you were discriminated against because of your religious beliefs, or because you did not share that person's religious beliefs. You should meet with an attorney and file a charge for religious discrimination
