QUESTION

Can they do suspend my teaching credential when I resign?

Asked on Aug 03rd, 2014 on Labor and Employment - California
More details to this question:
I signed a new contract with a charter school. I have been there for a year and now I was offered a new job at a public school closer to my house. I was driving an hour back and forth so it was taking a toll on me financially. I couldn't pass up this opportunity. I let the school know. I was willing to work with them and stay two more weeks and they said no.
