I have worked at Arby's for the last month and have yet to get a paycheck. The GM acts like she doesn't know what's going on. I called corporate even tho its franchise and they said they have no record of me. I am a single mother and I desperately need my money that I earned.

Contact the Texas Workforce Commission - Labor Law Department.  They administer the Texas Payday Act which requires hourly employees to be paid two times per month for all hours worked.  The procedure is free.  Be aware, this law will help you collect your money, but will not protect your job if the employer decides to retaliate.
