My daughter is in Memphis Tennessee at compass intervention center and she has had a girl down there grabbing her boobs and her private parts and she has made reports on this girl for doing this my daughter is 15 and this other girl is 16 and it doesn't seem like this place is doing things right they said they wold do there own investgation on it why wasnt the law informed down there when it happen i plan on going and getting my daughter from there today and called the local law about it i want to know what my legal options are

You need to protect your daughter's ability to file a claim. To do so, you should consult with an employment attorney as soon as possible. There are very specific actions she needs to take.
