QUESTION

Covid Building

More details to this question:
I was a Maintenance Supervisor of an apartment complex. It all started when we were told that a College University was going to be occupying that building with Covid Students. We were told that we might have to go in the building for maintenance work orders. We did not have the proper PPE or any kind of training to handle that type of situation. I did not feel comfortable neither did my staff about going into that building. When I expressed my concerns I was told by my property manager that if I refused that my job could be in jeopardy. Since that happened everything started to go downhill. I was with the company for 10 years and 7 months and never had a single issue. A fellow employee's wife filed a complaint with OSHA and when the property received the letter the property manager called me into the office and questioned me on who filed a complaint. I did not want to discuss that information so I told her I was not sure. She informed me that Coporate office was not happy.
