QUESTION

Demoted while on short term disability.

Asked on Jun 03rd, 2015 on Labor and Employment - Ohio
More details to this question:
While on short term disability (2 weeks) my job title was changed and responsibilities given to an employee with only 2 years experience. I have been with the company for more than 23 years and have never been disciplined for any reason and never given a negative performance review. Is this legal? I feel there is possible age discrimination taking place.
