More details to this question:
In 30 days I was promoted twice demoted once.. Starting pay 9.50 pay with promotion 750.00 salary I found out about my demotion via store email.. After a week of asking what my pay rate is Im told 9.25.. I never agreed to 9.25... All these took place because I told him I did not want to relocate.. This is nothing more than retaliation.. I got 7 years with this company with no written write up or verbal.. I went thru every chain of command nothing was done so I voluntary quit.. Can your pay be change with out any communication??

Yes. In the United States, employment is on an "at will" basis. That means that either party may change the terms of employment, or terminate them, at any time for any reason or no reason at all.
