More details to this question:
Hello, I am looking to find out what recourse I have. Denied unemployment due to employer not paying into unemployment. I have pay stubs & w2’s for 2 years showing it was deducted from my pay but the employer never actually filed/pay quarterly. What can I do?

I don't think you can be denied b/c your employer didn't pay in unless the employer was exempt from paying in.  If the employer was exempt then employees of that employer are not eligible for benefits.  Non-profits are a common example of employers that are exempt from paying into unemployment comp.  If you are otherwise eligible for benefits, whether the employer paid in or not is generally irrelevant.
