More details to this question:
I received a counseling last Tuesday. it was to tell me that there has been a consistent amount of money shortage on my route, and that they believe that I have taken it. so they suspended me for one day I already had two vacation days for Wednesday and Thursday. so they suspended me for that probably tell me that when I come back Monday I will be under evaluation for a few weeks to see if the money problem stop if it does then they know that it would have been me. if it does not stop then they would take further actions to find out what the problem is. well here it is Friday morning, I received a package in the mail from UPS,  from canteen vending.. it was a copy of a counseling report but it had discharge identified.  there has been a lot of money mishaps throughout the company as a whole, and other route have been as short as I am and there have been a lot of breaking and entering throughout the company in the last few months.  I would love feed back on what to do...Mr.Ricks I

If you believe that you were fired due to unlawful discrimination or unlawful retaliation, then you should consult with an experienced attorney.  In any case, you should file for unemployment benefits.
