More details to this question:
Husband as not invited to holiday party when every other employee was. He did not recieve a Bonus when every other employee did. He is not recieiving holiday pay 3 days when every other employee did. When something was said about the the holiday party his hr person told me that she did not invite him because she had her reasons. Since this all happened they have cut his work back. He has been throwing up et etc etc over this. He normally gets paid on Friday. The other employees all got paid yesterday 12/23/14 as the office is now closed until Monday. He did not get his check and now has to wait until Monday.

I would work closely with the employer. I would contact the employer via email and set forth what has occurred. I would ask if there are any issues. You need a written record with the employer. Your question suggests that there are significant issues with the employer. I would determine those issues and address them ASAP. Ed Dimon
