Discrimination on recent termination

More details to this question:
I was recently terminated. They are fighting unemployment for mis-conduct. I have never been written up in 10 years. I have proof of my plant manager stealing so he has been trying to push me out. He has been there 3 years and has proven his dislike of me to the controller.
