I am the only woman supervisor and I bet call a bitc$ and this one guy is alway putting me down as low as it can get I have been to the guy that owns the company and and he just says he will talk to him I am at put when it's time for work I get so sick but I still go in ever day can I do anything with this guy really it's around 85% of guys that tell new employee I am a b and not talk to me

This is a very tough situation and legally complex. If someone who is not a manager is calling you that, then the only likely claim is that you are being subjected to non-sexual, sex-based harassment. It is made more complex if these men are subordinates and not peers. However, such a claim is possible. You shoudl consult with an experienced employment attorney as soon as possible.
