Do I have a case

Unjust Termination, Back Pay Withheld, Disreputable Practices (Tourist Scam and client theft) 1)My daily sales quota was $10,000 for the store (I was fired within three weeks of being hired to achieve that quota).2)The remaining employee had access to online leads, phone leads and leads given to them on daily basis by the manager.I was given nothing 3)We had no license to solicit tourist from Time Suquare,Piers 16,World Trade Center or anywhere off the street. 4)We provide helicopter tours to tourist,and steal customer from competitor by hiring a competitor tour employee who scam its own company customer 40% of the value of our flight cost under the guidance of our company when the flight are already 40% off online.5)They left me go because the guy is good at scamming, and there is no need for me. I need a lawyer who can help me.This is only 1/3 of the story. I am so hurt.I have a kid.I can't even apply for unemployment. Fired within 3 weeks.No chance to even prove myself.
