More details to this question:
was a driver for a pool company they over loaded the truck on a daily bas. and one day brakes failed and i hit the car in front of me i put brakes to the floor and didnt stop or lock up at all and they fired me......Like it was my fault.....

You are in a diffcult position. You may be able to use the 'illegal behavior' of the employer to your benefit in obtaining employment with the employer.
