More details to this question:
I have approved fmla certification for myself. On June 13th I called fmla call center reporting I was leaving early due to illness. Notification was given to my team lead just like any other time I've used fmla. June 14th I was absent fmla approved. My doctor took me off work from June 15th thru June 29th. When I returned to work with my reinstatement papers I was suspended. The supervisor claims I left the building without permission.
