More details to this question:
I refered my boss to hr and he get removed of working with me. Someone else is working with me know but i get an audit and they suspend me. I feel is because what i did,with my former boss because no one else have the audit. Do you think i have a case?

I do not see any claim in the information you provided. A company can terminate you for any reason in North Carolina. The only time you have a claim is if you can show that the employer was motivated by either unlawful discrimination or unlawful retaliation. There are only a few types of unlawful retaliation in North Carolina.
