More details to this question:
I was hired on to a job and worked a week before i was called by my boss. He told me he had to let me go because of one of the misdemeanor charges that was filed against me even though it was dismissed. I have no felonies what so ever. I found out that at the time i was workin there i was working with a registeref sex offender who still works there to this day. I want to know if there is anything i can do about the situation

Not unless you can prove that the real reason for your termination was an unlawful one, such as discrimination. If you are being discriminated against because of your age, race, gender, disability, etc. you may have a case.    Ohio discrimination attorney www.mcoffmanlegal.com
