QUESTION

Do I have a case for discrimination and wrongful termination?

More details to this question:
As a newly hired manager, I noticed that my employees weren't working to their best potential. I began letting them know my expectations of them and held them accountable for job responsibilities, as a manager would do. They didn't like the change I was bringing, because they began sending lies to HR, iIncluding a lie of sexual harrasment. There wasn't any proof of anything. From then, my managment informed me not to talk to the employees or hold them accountable for their actions. I couldn't write them up for their poor perfomance and my manager allow them to do whatever they wanted. I was told not to do my job and I was getting written up for their poor performance that they were purposely doing. A co-worker informed me that she heard them say they wanted to get me out because I was black. There were other racial remarks made as well. I informed my managment, but there wasn't any investigation, nor HR contacted. I was terminated without any documentation b/c of "performance".

Update Your Profile
you, as the plaintiff, have the burden of proving that you were terminated based upon your race. you will be successful if you have witnesses to testify to this discrimination. we have a private investigator who can interview these witnesses and take statements. he would not be expensive. you should speak with them first. ed dimon, esq.
