QUESTION

Do I have a legitimate case?

More details to this question:
In February of last year I had a surgery for a hiatal hernia. There was an esophageal strength test i did a week and a half before the surgery. Dr did not go over the results of the test until minutes before I went into surgery. He told me that the test showed that my esophagus is too weak to do the surgery so he was not going to do the full wrap only a partial wrap. I was not given time to consult with anyone or even think about it he said he was making adjustments to his previous plan and we went into surgery. I had many complications which landed me in the hospital for an entire week and what was supposed to be me being off work for a week turned into not working for 6 months and I am still having to take off work now due to the complications not going away. I had a reversal surgery in December 10 months after the initial surgery. Still not doing good at all. In november i had an unrelated endometrial procedure where they gave me fentanyl and i had a bad reaction to the drug.
