do I have a possible sexual harassment case?

I have been working with my current employer for a year now. And I recently left work to have surgery and when I came back my team lead who is a male talked me into sending him a few photos of myself one was in a bikini and the other was explicit in underwear. Well a few days go by and I noticed that people are being called in and out of the office I asked what's going on and I was told I am not allowed to tell you but I will tell you because I know u will not report me. She looked at me and said did u send some photos to our lead and my response was yes why she said because he showed every one in the warehouse and she was told by the general manager not to tell myself or she would be fired. So I am freaking out at this point a few days go by and the team leader tells me that same thing I'm sorry I only showed a few people your photos. And now I feel very humiliated and embarrassed when I walk into work every day. I cry almost every day on the way home. I am not being treated the same.
