The assistant manager was looking at pornographic photos on his phone and it offended me I stated it to him he became rude with me and told me I didn't see nothing to get back to work. I reported it and nothing has been done about it they just stated I brought forth allegations and it would be dealt with and handled accordingly but didn't State what it was about. I am now being retaliated against or I feel I am because my hours were cut yesterday and my shifts for next week have been cut.
