Do I have grounds for a lawsuit?

I recently had to quit my job due to daily harassment, bullying and belittling by the office manager. He would throw papers at me, made the statements "S*it rolls down a hill and you''re at the bottom." "You are whacked in the head." "My life could be worse, I could be you." "What the f**K is wrong with you, do you ever use your f**king brain?". He also made different rules for me, withheld my paycheck once, mocked me when my uncle died, told me I will never find a boyfriend because I hang out with too many "queers" and told other employees I was probably pregnant when I had stomach bug. Some of these statements/situations made me cry and threatened to send me home without pay. I made several complaints to the President of the company and he told me I would have to deal with it because that''s just how Wayne, the office manager is.
