Do I need to sign a Non Compete Form?

More details to this question:
it states I cannot work in a 20 mile radius, or for 18 months after i have left firm, I have already Been employed for a number of years. I refused a few months ago, but now am threathen to sign it or will be terminated from my position. Do I have to sign it? what are my options? If they do terminate me, do they need to give me a written reason why I am being terminated?

You may sign it, quit or be terminated -- those are your choices. Your employer may terminate you at any time for any reason or no reason at all. No written statement of the reason for termination is required.
