QUESTION

does FMLA really protect you?

Asked on Jan 20th, 2015 on Labor and Employment - Ohio
More details to this question:
What is the point of FMLA if your employer can fire you for anything? Even if the reason for termination is a direct breach of my rights. My employer can easily fabricate anything he wants in pretext. What protects me from this?
