Emotional distress

More details to this question:
I have been employed by a financial institution for almost two yrs yesterday out of the blue An investigator came out to talk to me about a charged off account I had with the bank that I had prior to employment. It had been closed due to two returned checks totaling 600 since the account was new when the checks came back they immediately closed the account. I got the job at the bank and had checked into bringing the charged off account current. He comes In had my manager sit in on the meeting which was also embarrassing due to the fact I had no clue what the meeting is about. I'm made to fill out a form before he will even tell me what the issue is. Long story short I answer some questions regarding the closed account and he had write a statement declaring I had not intentions of commuting fraud. He said I was fine and would have the recovery dept contact me. I was humiliated all of my co workers were asking questions now I'm uncomfortable to return to work what are my options?

The situation was clearly not handled in a professional way.  But, without anything more, I see no legal action that you can take.  If you have a good relationship with the manager, you can express your concerns to him/her. It may not be a good idea to make too much of this right now to avoid making this even more of a problem.  This is why a talk with the manager might be a good step if you have a good relationship with that manager. The manager may be able to guide you on whether to make an issue of this or let it go
