QUESTION

Employer paid for school

Asked on Sep 29th, 2016 on Employment Contracts - New York
More details to this question:
Employer paid for school. I was offered another job ( higher pay, better hours , no holidays/weekends) eager to accept this job. but I did sign a contract that I would stay with them for 5 years. I do have a copy of the contract ( unsigned) just curious what legal rights I have. They are telling me I owe quite a deal of money more than what I thought. What type of lawyer do I seek out if it came down to that?? any info would be great!
