More details to this question:
Can a employee take your wages down from $15.00 dollars hour to 11.00 dollars hour after you been on job 15 years. Also can they drop your hours. Form 40 hour to 3days a week and two days without pay also can they stop paying you your vacation time without pay if you have time all ready build up.

Assuming you have no contract providing , the employer may unilaterally change your pay and benefits going forward. However you are entitled to keep what you already earned both in terms of pay and benefits. When you come to work the next day after the employer announces the changes -they take effect prospectively not retroactively.   Michael A. Caldwell
