employment contract is restrictive

More details to this question:
I have an offer from a consulting company to work for a client on clients''s premises. The consulting co is based in NU, the client is a large financial co, - work location is NJ The contract seems pretty restrictive I would like to get professional advise from lawyers specializing in NY employment law - and I need it quickly. If the consulting co. is in NJ, and the client's premises are in NJ, it seems likely you need a NJ employment lawyer.
