More details to this question:
Can you sue for harrassment that is non-sexual (such as mocking, intimidation, name calling, indirect insults) that is constant and includes both co-workers and management.

Only if the harassment is based on one of the following: Race, color, sex, national origin, religion, disability or age 40 or older.
