on November 11, my employer had me sign a notice dated 11/8 of my salary increase to comply with the FLSA effective 11/27. Due to the injunction Tuesday, I received notice that there will be no changes to my salary. Can they do this?? They have about 8,600 stores and am sure there are many managers out there outraged right not

Yes they can. Until the case is resolved, the overtime rules do not apply.
