More details to this question:
I was fired on 4/08. I received my final paycheck on 4/16 my next scheduled paydate for 4/1-4/15. I was paid semi monthly on the 1st and  16th of each month. I was told i would receieve my accrued vacation separately by check around the 24th. However i still have not receieved it yet even thiugh i recieved the statement about a week ago. It is now approaching may 1. Can i file a complaint with labor board for delayed pay? My final pay date for regular compensation was 4/16! Almost two weeks ago!

You can file a complaint with the Ill Dept of Labor, Wage and Payment Division.  You should have received your last check for accrued vacation in the pay period that followed your termination.  You may want to first contact the employer to see why you have not yet been paid and when it will be paid.
